We will first identify the key contact in the Office of CEO for this retreat event. This contact may be the Executive Assistant to CEO, or another professional from that office. |

The location and date of the event will be identified and appropriate reservations will be made. |

A list of participants will be prepared and invitations will be sent to them. Confirmation will be received. |

Instructions will be forwarded to each participant for preparing to deliver the assigned session. |

A webpage will be created on CA Advisors website for this event so that the participants are aware of important information and updates. |

We will arrive one, possibly two days, before this retreat event. The location will be inspected and the final preparations will be made. A short meeting with CEO will take place, given the availability of CEO. |

On the day of the event, we will be present at the location early, and will greet the participants. |
|

Before the CEO’s welcoming remarks, we may deliver a few minutes of speech to introduce the event and present the latest updates. |

We will be at the event for assisting the participants in case of need. |
|

At the conclusion of the event, we will compile the presentations that were delivered and will distribute the collection to participants. |

We will also collect the feedback of participants. |

We will submit our report to CEO. We may remain at the airline offices one day after the event to meet with CEO and review the event, and submit our preliminary analysis. |
