Our Airport Analysis Method (AirportAM) responds to the tremendous challenges that airport strategic development entails. Before airports can effectively develop MasterPlan, they must analyze and resolve a number of strategic issues. AirportAM offers a structured and proficient way to address those difficult challenges.

AirportAM has four components:

Airport Scanner maintains the information for the operations and corresponding expenses

Optimization Module assigns available resources to cover the requirements for operating the airport

Evaluation Module calculates the standard financial statements and operational statistics

We have developed a similar methodology as AirportAM for airlines, named Airline Analysis Method (AAM). We recently applied AAM successfully for the restructuring of a major international airline with revenues exceeding one billion dollar.
