is Managing Principal of CA Advisors, specializing in aviation, start-up,
and business development work of the firm. He is currently engaged as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of
Flight Partners Group, a premier aircraft management company
that offers tailored corporate aviation solutions.
Mr. Sheble was previously Vice President of Client Services at
JetDirect Aviation, Inc.,
one of the largest corporate aviation services companies, which was formerly a unit of Sentient Flight Group. Sentient acquired TAG Aviation USA in 2007. Mr. Sheble was
the head of the Light Jet Program at TAG Aviation USA, which was a unit of Geneva-based TAG Aviation, a leading
provider of corporate aviation services.
Mr. Sheble serves as a director on the boards of Trigger California, Inc. and GoCar Rentals, Inc., where
he was previously Chief Operating Officer. In joint
cooperation, these companies have developed a proprietary GPS touring and navigation system, which is now
incorporated in the state-of-the-art touring vehicles used by tourists in San Francisco. GoCar Rentals has been
profiled worldwide with in-depth reports that have appeared on CNN, Tech T.V.,
San Francisco Chronicle, and
The New York Times.
Mr. Sheble has served as Vice President of Airport and Business Operations of California Airlines, a regional start-up airline
based in San Jose, California. He has also contributed as operations and planning specialist,
and special assistant to President and Chairman of the airline.
As General Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Quality Assurance and Corporate Administration for
Pacific Rubber & Packing, Inc., Mr. Sheble was engaged at this leading supplier of high-technology gaskets,
o-rings, and seals to the aerospace and semiconductor industries. He previously served as Vice President of Administration
at Workforce 1, Inc., where he managed the company’s accounting, human resources, payroll, and marketing functions.
In 1996, Mr. Sheble was Chief Pilot for the Matt Fong for State Treasurer Campaign. He was also a flight instructor at American
Flyers in San Jose, and served as media advisor for the YMCA Model Legislature and Court Program.
Mr. Sheble holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation from San Jose State University, with a minor in Business. He is a commercial pilot
with a multi-engine land and instrument airplane ratings, and is a certified flight instructor.
Matthew and his wife live in Redwood City, California, with their two children. While not working on a new start-up project,
Matthew can be found at a local airport delivering flight lessons and advising private pilots.
