is a principal of CA Advisors, leading the technology practice of the firm as well as working with emerging
companies.
Mr. Hashemi has worked for a number of Silicon Valley technology companies, including 2Wire, Inc.,
8x8, Inc. (NASDAQ: EGHT), ConsenSys Software Corporation, Lotus
Development Corporation, and Toolware House. He has also served as Director of Technology of California Airlines, a regional start-up airline
based in San Jose.
Mr. Hashemi holds a masters in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a bachelor, Magna Cum Laude, in Electrical Engineering, with minor
in Mathematics, from the University of Utah.
Mack and his wife live in Cupertino, California, with their three children. He is an
avid soccer player, and with his team competes in various tournaments. While not on
a soccer field, Mack can be spotted on weekends skiing on the slopes of Lake Tahoe, or
beating his opponents in a game of chess.
